Just… The Hobbit is the most perfect translation from book to film I’ve yet to see. It catches the tone of the book perfectly. And all the details it keeps from the book make me squee.
Granted, I could see how it would be less awesome for people who didn’t read the book or wasn’t totally in love with the books.
