So I’m having a pretty horrible experience on Etsy right now. I ordered over two weeks ago, and when it didn’t ship, even days after the paypal went through, I requested a cancellation. Instead of cancelling, the owner shipped it two Saturdays ago. Another seller mailed a package to me last Tuesday and took only two days to get here. I STILL have not received my seeds and they are taking no responsibility whatsoever. They are swearing at me and telling me to shut up. This is NOT how you gain customers! If you’re going to be a jerk about it and say that it’s the buyer’s fault, you are not a good store to shop from. Even if it’s a screw up by the post office (and we know they all suck right now), I have not received my package for over a week and I have every right to want to open a non-delivery case. I will not be closing it because they swear at me to, but when I either receive my package or a full refund.
